We are seeking an Executive Chef with a strong passion for food integrity, who loves to work with the freshest local ingredients, make everything from scratch, and want to work in a high-end environment where you are free to express your creativity, then we want to talk to you!
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Executive Chef or CDC level experience in an upscale, fine-dining scratch kitchen; Regional Italian Cuisine experience is a HUGE plus!
- High-volume; fast-paced environment experience
- Strong organizational leadership skills
- Team player with the ability to collaborate and develop
