We design groundbreaking bridges that set industry standards. We’re seeking a visionary Structural Engineer to lead projects, solve complex challenges, and drive innovation.
Structural Engineer (Bridge) – What You’ll Do
- Manage Projects: Oversee designs from concept to production with precision and creativity.
- Solve Challenges: Develop code-compliant solutions based on loadings and site conditions.
- Ensure Excellence: Uphold industry codes (AASHTO, ACI, DOT, etc.) to deliver top-quality designs.
- Collaborate & Lead: Work with sales, production, and design teams, providing expert guidance.
- Innovate: Drive creative design and workflow improvements.
- Keep Projects on Track: Manage schedules, budgets, and expectations, proactively addressing issues.
Structural Engineer (Bridge) – What You Bring
- Experience: 5+ years in structural design; bridge design or prefabricated structures preferred.
- Leadership: 2+ years of project management experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Tekla Structural Designer or similar FEA tools; strong knowledge of materials and fabrication.
- Mindset: Self-starter with innovative problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Able to translate complex engineering concepts into clear insights.
