We are looking for a Restaurant Manager! Our concept is a place where people come to enjoy breakfast and lunch in a warm and friendly environment. All the dishes are made with the freshest ingredients and from scratch.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities/Qualification
- Hire, train, and develop hourlies and managers
- Plan, organize, and communicate daily and monthly initiatives
- Drive profitability and ensure company compliance with standards and procedures
- Ensure guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation
- Drive sales through great guest experiences – we want our guests to feel welcome and appreciated!
- Must have 3 or more years as a salaried Restaurant General Manager in a full-service concept.
- Must have kitchen/culinary experience.
- Breakfast experience preferred – must have the ability to expedite busy shifts.
- Must be a good listener that is humble, dependable, adaptable, proactive, and teachable.
- Must be a NICE person – to employees and guests.
- Must be able to work weekends.
