Senior Corporate Tax Attorney Benefits & Compensation:

Senior Corporate Tax Attorney Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • 8+ years of current relevant experience
  • JD required, LLM preferred but not required
  • Barred in Colorado
  • Ability to attain and build new business relationships
  • Willingness to lead and mentor a practice group and establish team policies and procedures
  • Strong organizational skills and a self-starter with the ability to prioritize/manage workflow to meet deadlines
  • Expertise in tax-free mergers, tiered entities, corporate conversions, complex partnerships, S-corp F-reorgs, 1202 stock, incentive plans, exit strategies, and 409A compliance.
  • Knowledgeable in ESOPs, Qualified Opportunity Zones, captive insurance, charitable planning strategies, IP holding company structures, retirement planning methods, 1031 like-kind exchanges, and developer/land banking frameworks for real estate.
