As an experienced leader and recruiter, Heather is committed to empowering others to succeed and fostering meaningful, positive relationships. She is passionate about developing future leaders and strives to make a lasting impact on candidates’ lives. Creativity, resourcefulness, and determination are just a few of the attributes Heather uses to source and place quality candidates.
Heather began her career in the hospitality industry, starting her first restaurant job on the day she was old enough to legally work in the state of Arizona. She wasn’t old enough to drive yet, so she rode to work on her bicycle…and hasn’t looked back since! After graduating from ASU with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, Heather seized an incredible opportunity to be a brand ambassador for several companies, ranging in industry. In her role, she traveled internationally for over a decade. Eventually, Heather hung up her passport and luggage and shifted her career trajectory. She went on to build her knowledge and experience at some of the most amazing resorts in Arizona and California. She became a natural in Catering leadership and was the Director of Catering at the stunning Loews Coronado Bay Resort.
In 2023, Heather moved from San Diego back home to Scottsdale, AZ when she decided to join the Goodwin Recruiting team to work with clients and candidates in the industries she loves!
